Karan has served as a technical consultant, acting CTO, and co-founder — specializing in solution architecture, product development, sales, and marketing. His track record includes scaling startups to acquisition, developing large technical teams, and delivering citizen-scale projects like eSanjeevaniOPD in healthcare.

Currently focused on advancing AI technologies at FourOne.ai, driving innovation as the world transitions from structured software to agentic, AI-driven systems. He is a partner at ESS ENN Associates, 172 Tech, Drish Infotech, and D2C Ninja, and is actively involved in synthetic biology, extended reality (XR), additive manufacturing, and AI-driven solutions. He is also working on nkgnt — a venture researching novel methods for data archiving and compression.

Beyond entrepreneurship, Karan serves as a board member of Delhi Global Senior School Panchkula (DGSS) and is involved in family ventures: SNA Power Engineering, O'Kinnaur, BabyBooey, and VRnuts. He offers multiple engagement models — product development outsourcing, global capability centers, deep tech research, digital marketing retainers, and support & operations retainers.
